The Surf School is based in Zahara de los Atunes & Atlanterra on the Costa de la Luz (Southern Spain’s Atlantic Ocean Coastline). The Surf School is mobile and you will surf at the location that has the best waves on the day. Wind, swell and the ability of the group are all taken into account when deciding on a location. The surf school is perfectly located for enjoying the warm weather (Andalucia gets 3000 hours of sunshine per year and even in mid winter weeks can go by without a single cloud in the sky!) but, more Andalucía receives consistent Atlantic swells. Zahara de los Atunes is an ideal location for people who want to learn to surf in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with plenty of sun.

Whatever your level, you never stop learning. The surf instructors at the Zahara Surf Camp Apartment  can teach you how to surf or give you professional advice and tips on improving your style. Surfing here is excellent as you really can surf amazing waves during the week with only with a handful of surfers in the water and the locals are friendly and laid back. This is an oportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world and share the addiction of a lifetime with people just as passionate about surfing as you are.

Accommodation
The surf camp accommodation is located in Zahara de los Atunes (Cadiz) and Atlanterra (Tarifa) . You can visit us alone, with a friend or your sweetheart, you can visit us with a group of mates or your family, during a school trip or a hen and stag party…. visit us like you want,  but remember one thing as soon as you get here you will never want to leave us again…..

Choose between a big variety of apartments just 200meters from the surf beach,  in our surf apartments with shared pool area and private balcony for 1 till 5 person also bigger apartments or villas on request .

All of our apartment accommodation in Zahara de los Atunes are self catering private apartments with fully furnish kitchen with everything you need for cooking during your holidays.

There is also a lot of small and bigger supermarkets in the area for buying fresh vegetables and fish from our lovely coastline.

There is also more than 100 bars and restaurants to go out for a nice dinner or for a cocktail party in the beach bar under the moon and the stars.

DATES & AVAILABILITY

The Zahara Surf Camp Apartments , Surf Clinics and Guided Surfing holidays run all year round and places are subject to availability.

This coast receives enough swell all year round for beginners, however for advanced and experienced surfers we recommend the period from the beginning of winter to early spring. (September to Jun)

Please note: Although the surf camps run on fixed start and finish dates, we are flexible with dates and packages and can tailor a camp to suit your dates.
