* Rates are per villa (not per person). Minimum stay required. All prices are subject to change. Children are welcome. Entire Resort can be rented for large groups. Large selection of surf board rentals. The Surf Resort private boat available for hire.
Payment and Cancellation Policy: The Surf Resort is a private resort with limited occupancy. A minimum of 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Preferred method of payment is direct deposit, counter credit or online transfer to Bank of America. International bank wires will incur a $40 wire fee. Credit Card payments are accepted through PayPal and will incur an additional 3-4% non-cash payment fee. Balance of payment is to be made 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of reservation. Certain holiday reservations and rental terms longer than 2 weeks also require full payment in advance.
Above rates are per Villa and for “accommodation only”. Any additional fees for extra services, board rentals, and boat trips are additional and will be collected in CASH on site.
In the event of cancellation, if notified 30 days prior to reservation and the villa is rebooked, your deposit may be refunded. Otherwise your deposit is forfeited. All payments and deposits are NON-refundable within 30 days of arrival. By sending us your deposit, you have read and agreed to this reservation and cancellation policy.
