The small village of Parajuru is located 120km southeast of Fortaleza, the capital of the state of Ceará. Parajuru has about 6,000 inhabitants and exudes the flair of a peaceful, traditional, Brazilian village. The inhabitants live mainly from agriculture or from fishing and for a few years also to a lesser extent from tourism – the kilometer-long, beautiful, unspoilt sandy beaches and the pleasant climate with 3000 hours of sunshine per year attract both Brazilians and Europeans alike.

At the Boutique Hotel Casa Grande, guests are spoiled with a great breakfast buffet. In the restaurant we offer a la carte meals and daily a 3-course evening menu with influences from the brazilian and European kitchen. Many products, such as milk, yoghurt, cream cheese, goat cheese, eggs, herbs and fruits and vegetables, come from our own farm (Fazendinha) and are processed by our staff. We also make bread and jam ourselves.
