The pleasant all year round climate, consistent wind and variety of windsurfing conditions make it a great windsurf destination for all levels and abilities. Summer is the windiest season however there is usually sufficient wind to run courses all year round.

The windsurf centre is located on the opposite side of the bay to the Medina in the zoned watersports area and offers a range of facilities and services for experienced kitesurfers. The centre offers a wide range of windsurfing equipment to rent by the leading windsurf brands Fanatic & North that will suit the needs of most windsurfers. Boards and sails are available in various shapes and sizes and can be changed to suit your ability and the local wind and riding conditions (subject to availability). For your peace of mind there is a rescue service operated by the centre during normal hours. Recommended season for max wind May-August.
